NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA” or the “Act”) provides that an employer may exclude employees from the Act’s Paid Sick Leave and/or Expanded Family and Medical Leave requirements if the employee is a health care provider. Based on FFCRA regulations employees of U.S. Oral Surgery Management/ Partner Practices are considered health care providers. Accordingly, the Company has determined that such employees are exempt from the FFCRA and will not be entitled to the Act’s leave benefits.
