Melissa Winfield

Ms. Winfield serves as Senior Vice President, Operations for U.S. Oral Surgery Management where she works closely with our partner practices to optimize the business and implement improvements to ensure growth. Melissa has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a strong clinical background. Her interests and experience have focused on quality management, strategic thinking, training and culture development with in teams. Her previous experience is in consulting for various medical specialties- Allergy & Asthma, Pain Management, Urology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and medical aesthetic services developing and implementing systems.

Melissa grew up in Geelong, Australia and has lived in the US since 2000. In Australia, she received degrees is child development and psychology.
