Mrs. Ulrey brings more than 30 years of experience shaping two of the nation’s largest, Fortune 500 companies. As COO, Alisa oversees USOSM’s daily operations, and is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, setting company goals for performance and growth, and establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.  Alisa’s is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success.  She brings with her to USOSM a strong focus on building cross functional teams that revolve around the patient experience.
