Richard J. Hall
Chairman of the Board of Directors, USOSMRichard J. Hall has more than 40 years of leadership expertise, building Fortune 500 and private healthcare services companies. He has helped both established and start-up organizations to grow exponentially.
He is a visionary leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and positive cultures. He is well respected as an operator who is a strategic thinker, and he executes with discipline.
In February of 2018, Mr. Hall joined U.S. Oral Surgery Management as employee No. 3, serving as president and CEO and shepherding the company through its early growth and development. Under his leadership, USOSM has grown to include more than 240 locations today with approximately 300 surgeon partners in 31 states. In addition, Mr. Hall led USOSM through its initial sale to Oak Hill Capital in 2021.
Previously, Mr. Hall served as president and CEO of Oncology Services International, the world’s largest independent service organization specializing in radiation therapy equipment. Mr. Hall guided the company through a significant transformation and successful sale to a prominent, private equity firm. Over the course of his career, he has held 10 executive-level roles in venture capital or private equity organizations, has worked with 13 different firms, and has participated in or led five successful exits.
Currently, Mr. Hall serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of USOSM. He also serves on the Board of Sevaredent Sourcing Solutions, US Healthcare REIT, and SGA Dental Partners. He also is a member of the Association of Dental Support Organizations Board and Executive Committee, where he serves as the Membership Committee Chairman.
In addition, he serves on the Advisory Council for RiverGlade Capital and MB Global Partners and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Hall is a former U.S. Marine, who actively supports causes that assist veterans and the families of fallen and disabled service members, including Folds of Honor, The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, and Operation Restore Oral Health.
