Annette Igl

Mrs. Igl brings more than 25 years of executive level Human Resource experience to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer. As a seasoned executive, Annette has been instrumental in successfully developing and implementing Human Resource initiatives that support the overall business strategic goals. Her Human Resource Business Partner approach has made her a skilled leader in leading transformation, driving organization effectiveness and ensuring employee engagement and retention. Prior to joining U.S. Oral Surgery Management, Annette was the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Beauty Systems Group, a division of Sally Beauty Holdings. In this role, she managed the Human Resource integration of numerous acquisitions across the United States and Canada as well as directed activities for employee relations, talent development, succession planning and training.
