Dr. M. Todd Brandt, DDS, MD

Dr. Brandt is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He completed his residency and obtained a Medical Degree at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Brandt also completed an additional year of training in general surgery and microsurgical nerve repair with the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Chandler Medical Center at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Brandt is licensed to perform cosmetic surgery in addition to full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He served for 8 years in the United States Navy Reserve and was honorably discharged in 2010 as a Lieutenant Commander. He also served as President of the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association from 2009-2010.

Dr. Brandt is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). Dr. Brandt is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and was appointed in 2017 to serve as a national Board Examiner with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS). In 2018, he was selected to serve as the ABOMS expert on dentoalveolar surgery.

Dr. Brandt lives in Waynesboro, VA with his wife and two sons. He has served on numerous charitable committees, is an active member of his local church, he has been a parent leader with The Boys Scouts of America and has coached youth athletics for over 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, snow skiing, and competing in Triathlons.
