Henry Moomaw

Mr. Moomaw brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience with public and private companies to his role as Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Oral Surgery Management. Henry has spent the past 20 years serving private equity-backed companies as they grew and advanced to recapitalizations, sales, and IPOs. Previously, Henry served as CFO for Excalibur Resources and TEAK Midstream in the energy sector leading both companies through sales initiatives. These experiences followed 13 years as VP Controller for Animal Health International where he led accounting efforts in support of the company’s IPO. Henry began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen prior to serving as a senior analyst at Electronic Data Systems.

He has served on various company and community Boards. Henry graduated from Southern Methodist University and is a CPA in the State of Texas.
