Jade Vardeman

Mrs. Vardeman began her healthcare recruiting career in 2013 at NorthStar Anesthesia after their initial recap. As one of the first recruiters to join the company, she was instrumental in developing the recruiting strategy and implementing the necessary infrastructure and processes to support the company’s national expansion. Since joining USOSM in 2022, Jade has utilized her experience and talent to spearhead USOSM’s Surgeon Recruiting brand, building a built a top-notch, premier surgeon recruiting team and introducing numerous strategies and initiatives focused on elevating USOSM’s brand awareness, cross-departmental collaboration and improving the integration experience for associate surgeons through the implementation of leadership & mentorship programs. Jade received her degree from the University of North Texas with an emphasis in psychology and communications.
