Senior Vice President, Marketing & CommunicationsSevera Lynch is an award-winning healthcare marketing executive with nearly two decades of experience leading growth strategy, brand transformation, communications, and commercial marketing across some of the nation's leading healthcare organizations. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications for U.S. Oral Surgery Management, where she leads enterprise marketing strategy, referral growth, digital transformation, communications, clinical education marketing, and commercial growth initiatives across one of the country's largest oral surgery management organizations.
Throughout her career, Severa has built high-performing marketing organizations that combine data-driven strategy with customer-centered experiences to accelerate growth and strengthen physician, patient, and partner engagement. Her expertise spans brand strategy, business development, CRM transformation, demand generation, reputation management, digital marketing, physician referral development, communications, and organizational change management. She is known for combining strategic vision with operational execution and aligning marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining USOSM, Severa served as Chief Marketing Officer for United Urology Group, where she led national marketing and communications efforts supporting one of the largest independent urology management organizations in the United States. Before that, she spent more than a decade at Kaiser Permanente, holding progressive leadership positions in marketing and member communications. She also held marketing leadership roles with Evolent Health and Avalere Health, helping launch innovative healthcare products and growth strategies during periods of significant industry transformation.
