Nathan Kim

Mr. Kim serves at the Vice President of Business Development for US Oral Surgery Management. He brings over 15 years of healthcare experience ranging from large acute care hospital systems to community-based, independent, physician-owned practices across multiple specialties.

In this capacity, Nathan is responsible for supporting the strategic growth and development of USOSM by partnering with surgeon partners and managing the partnership process. Prior to joining US Oral Surgery Management, Nathan served as the VP of Business development at a PE-backed ophthalmology platform company (Comprehensive EyeCare Partners) and served as Senior Director of Business Development for The US Oncology Network/McKesson where he spent 8 years working on structuring partnerships focused and geared around keeping physicians and independent practices viable and financially strong in a fast-changing healthcare landscape.

Nathan holds both a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business). He is based out of The Woodlands, TX and enjoys all things related to cars, traveling and experiencing different cultures, and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
