These efforts reflect the shared values that unite our organization - clinical excellence, service, and a genuine dedication to making a difference both locally and globally.
USOSM Medical Missions
U.S. Oral Surgery Management has established the Medical Mission Reimbursement Program to support our surgeon partners who participate in medical mission trips, both domestically and internationally. This initiative underscores USOSM’s commitment to patient care and recognizes the dedication of our surgeons in delivering aid to underserved communities.
The program provides financial assistance to help offset the personal expenses associated with mission trips, encouraging greater participation in these humanitarian efforts. To be eligible for reimbursement, the mission must align with USOSM’s core values and medical mission philosophies—specifically focusing on oral surgery and facial reconstruction. A majority of the trip must be dedicated to mission-related work and should include a teaching or knowledge-sharing component to create a lasting impact within the local community.
Through the Medical Mission Reimbursement Program, USOSM not only supports its surgeons in their philanthropic initiatives but also cultivates a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous advancement in patient care around the world.
