“We’re all here to make USOSM succeed, and it’s my job to make sure we have the best people on board to do that,” notes Annette. “My goal is to help our company and our people to be the best that they can be, and I do that in a lot of different ways. I’m a coach and a teacher by nature, so when I see a potential opportunity to coach or mentor someone, I get excited because it means I have the chance to help them to grow. Growth is beneficial for people as individuals and for the business as a whole, and I love being able to make a difference — for our people and for our company.”

“I’m working with individuals that are really moving the needle here. Helping them to see and truly embrace their growth and potential — helping them to move in the right direction to make a true difference — that gives me the greatest thrill,” adds Annette.

Prior to joining USOSM, Annette was the senior director of human resources for the Beauty Systems Group, a division of Sally Beauty Holdings.
