At US Oral Surgery Management, we are always looking for scalable solutions that streamline operations – allowing our practice teams to focus on the the care of their patients.   We know that managing schedules, answering calls and following up with referrals can be overwhelming, especially during super busy months.  The USOSM Centralized Scheduling Team was created to help our practices manage their schedules and communications – both inbound and outbound.  Created by Regional Operations Director, Melissa Winfield and managed by Gaye Cain, this team is already helping Austin Oral Surgery, Oral Facial Surgery Associates and Oral Surgery of the Rockies .  The team consists of 10 call advisors/schedulers and 3 referral coordinators.  Each team member is answering more than 100 calls per day within their dedicated region.  “The secret to the success of the team is their professionalism, dedication to customer service and that they really become part of the practice team – just working remotely,” says Melissa Winfield.   But don’t take our word for it – their success is in the numbers.
